According to the report of the Dubai Land Department: – In December 2022, 9,490 property sales transactions worth $7 billion were completed in Dubai. This is the highest December record ever. 4,560 transactions worth $3.8 billion – secondary and ready properties 4,930 transactions worth $3.2 billion – off-plan properties Compared to December 2021: – Secondary volume increased by 49.6% and value rose by 42.5% – Off-plan volume increased by 94.8% and value increased by 108.8% TOP areas for sales: Apartments
