DUBAI REAL ESTATE MARKET – SALES TOTAL FOR H1 2022

From January to June 2022, 42,953 property sales transactions worth ~$31 billion were registered in Dubai. Of them: 59% – 25,370 sales transactions of ~$21.68 billion – secondary and ready properties 41% – 17,583 sales transactions of ~9.4 billion – off-plan properties Compared to H1 2021, the total sales transactions increased by 59.9% in volume and by 88.1% in value: The number of secondary and ready transactions increased by 47.1%, the value – by 73.2% The number of off-plan transactions increased by 83.1%, the value – by 134.9% June 2022 was a record month, showing the highest sales result since 2009.
