Emaar Development has recorded a 43% increase in net profit to $1.1 billion

– During the 9 months of 2023.

Compared to the same period in 2022:

• Property Sales rose by 25% – Up to $7.9 billion

• New Projects Launched – 20

• Residential Units Delivered – Over 66,000

In October, the developer announced the start of sales of:

• Apartments in Club Drive

• Villas in Alana, The Valley

• Apartments and Townhouses in Parkside Views

Hotels in Dubai are already 75% booked ahead of New Year's Eve.

The hotels in the city anticipate full occupancy, reaching 100%, during the end of December 2023.

The higher demand and advance reservations enable the hotel owners to raise room rates by 20% over the same period in 2022.
