Growing residential prices and rents in Dubai and the Gulf Real Estate Awards 2022

Residential prices and rents in Dubai are growing at the fastest rate since early 2015, according to global commercial real estate services, CBRE.

In January 2022, average prices stood at: Apartments – $3,180 per sqm Villas – $3,700 per sqm The highest average sales prices were recorded in areas: Apartments – Downtown Dubai ($5,736 per sqm) Villas – Palm Jumeirah ($7,900 per sqm) Average rents (per year): Apartments – $20,800 Villas – $62,700 The highest average annual rents were recorded in areas: Apartments – Downtown Dubai ($41,000) Villas – Al Barari ($217,000)
