One of the largest rent deals for villa worth $1.9 million was registered in Dubai in January 2022. District One As part of the transaction, the tenant received a one-month rent free.
New economic activities in 2021.
The Business Registration & Licensing sector at the Department of Economy and Tourism (DET), has added 98 new economic activities in 2021. This is 88% more than in 2020. The total number of economic activities exceeded 2,200.
The opening date for Museum of the Future.
The Dubai Government has announced the opening date for Museum of the Future – February 22, 2022. Previously, the museum was named as one of the most beautiful museums in the world, listed by the National Geographic.
Dubai welcomed 7.28 million international overnight visitors in 2021.
