Process of registering properties in Dubai will be reduced from days to minutes

The Dubai Land Department (DLD) and leading UAE developers have signed agreements, allowing developers and investors to use the DLD registration system to manage real estate transactions. 

The agreements were signed by 7 developers:

• Aldar
• Azizi
• Binghatti
• DAMAC
• Danube
• Emaar
• Sobha

In addition to speeding up the registration process, the new system will protect investor's rights and increase transparency of transactions.
