The first Mercedes-Benz branded residence in the world will be developed in Dubai.

The luxury automotive company, Merc-Benz, and the developer,Binghatti Properties, have announced the creation of thepremium 341m residential tower, Mercedes-Benz Places | Binghatti.

The 65-storey tower will be situated close to the Dubai Mall and features stunning Burj Khalifa views.

The Mercedes-Benz's Sensual Purity design philosophy is a driving force behind the project's architecture. The development will combine smart home technologies with intelligent mobility solutions.

Launch Date: January 24, 2024.

Bugatti Residences by Binghatti has achieved record price per m2 rate in Dubai.

Business Bay

According to the Dubai Land Department data for November 2023, the residential tower from the luxury car manufacturer, Bugatti, surpassed all other off-plan projects in Dubai. The rate per m2 reached $28,353.

Bugatti Residences by Binghatti is also the most expensive branded residence in Dubai. The project's first phase has been sold out with figures ~$272 million.
