The goal of fractional ownership and new projects from Select Group

For the first time in the UAE, fractional ownership has been launched in the SLS Dubai Hotel & Residences.

The goal is to diversify investor portfolios through luxury real estate. Investors will receive:

• An individual ownership certificate
• Secured annual returns

An ownership certificate is issued for each fraction. These can be resold without obtaining NOC from other fraction owners.

Select Group has awarded a $171.3 million contract to China State Construction Engineering Corporation Middle East to build its residential complexes, Peninsula One and Peninsula Two. Start of construction – Q1 2022 Peninsula One comprises 518 apartments and a 6-storey residence with simplexes. Peninsula Two – 439 apartments
