The Start of Construction of Armani Beach Residences

The developer, Arada, has started construction of the project, Armani Beach Residences

Location: Palm Jumeirah

The contract for dewatering, excavation, and piling works has been awarded to International Foundation Group LLC (IFG) company.

At the same time, Arada has opened the project's Show Apartment at the master developer's sales office. The replica of the future residential complex's unit has materials and furnishings by Armani/Casa.

The project will include 53 designer residences and 8,400m² of amenities.
