• In Q2 2023, $13.4 billion in project announcements
• In Q2 2022, $5.7 billion in project announcements

Dubai Municipality has issued the first license to build a private villa using 3D printing technology

The 4-m-high structure will be printed in a single session, the construction is expected to be completed by October 2023.
