Three New Luxury Residential Projects in Ras Al Khaimah

Location: Al Marjan Island

The master developer, Marjan, has signed an agreement with Range Developments to build:

– The Beach House with 88 Units: Studios, 3-bedroom Simplex and Duplex Apartments

– The Beach Residences with 412 Apartments and 11 Townhouses

– The Beach Vista

Marjan has recently unveiled its mega-project, RAK Central

The developer, Emaar, has scraped its plans to build an over 1 km-tall Dubai Creek Tower

Location: Dubai Creek Harbour

Now, the tower is considered as the "female" version of Burj Khalifa: smaller, and more elegant structure than it was previously planned.

The tower will be showed in the coming months, the construction has started.

Emaar also has revealed a new mall at Dubai Creek Harbour which will allow customers to drive through it in electric cars.
