Top developers, price growth and a record for mortgage transactions

Record mortgage transactions are registered in Dubai in 2021:

• 19,520 transactions worth $34.8 billion

This is the highest numbers since 2017. Compared to 2020:

• Transaction volume increased by 51%
• Transaction value increased by 46%

From Q1 to Q3 2021, 83% of mortgage transactions were made by first-time buyers.

Dubai is among TOP-3 world cities in terms of luxury property market price growth in 2021.

According to the research by the consultancy, Savills, compared to 2020, prices have increased in cities: 1 Miami – by 21.3% 2 Los Angeles – by 19.7% 3 Dubai – by 17.4% The expected increase in prices for luxury property in Dubai in 2022 is 4-5.9%.
