The national carriers of the UAE expanded their destination network in Q1 2024

The airlines have flights to 603 cities worldwide. This is 3% increase compared to the end of 2023.

The UAE's position as a preferred global destination for tourism is further strengthened by this expansion.

Dubai received 3.67 million overnight visitors in January-February 2024.

According to the report of Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism (DET):

January – 1.77 million

February – 1.9 million

This is 18% more than the same period 2023.

The number of available hotel rooms increased by 2% to 151,269

The average occupancy rate rose by 3% per year to 87%

The average length of stay – 3.8 nights
