W Hotel will be opened

The first W Hotel will be opened in Ras Al Khaimah in 2027

– Al Marjan Island

The beachfront hotel will be enclosed by the Yanas and Jebel Jais mountains. The brand W is owned by the global hotel chain, Marriott International.

The hotel will feature 300 rooms and suites, all offering sea views, restaurants, retail space, and signature amenities:

• Living Room
• Wet Deck
• W Lounge
• Away SPA
• Fit Fitness Centre

This will be the brand's fourth property in the UAE, following W Dubai The Palm, W Dubai – Mina Seyahi and W Abu Dhabi – Yas Island.

Al Marjan Island is an archipelago of four man-made islands with white-sand beaches and luxury resorts.

W Hotel Al Marjan Island will be developed by Dalands Holdings, an investment company with hospitality and luxury real estate projects.
